What is included in the fee?
Our trips are all-inclusive. This covers transport, all activities, meals and refreshments and experienced staff supervision. A keepsake Little Explorers tote bag and digital photo album filled with memories from the day are available for an additional 500PHP.
What is the adult to child ratio?
We maintain a low adult-to-child ratio to ensure every child receives close attention, support, and supervision at all times. We will have a maximum of 4 children per adult.
Are all chaperones background checked and trained in first aid?
Yes. All staff are carefully vetted, background-checked, and trained in first aid and emergency response procedures, including the founders!
What safety measures are in place?
Safety is our top priority. We carry out risk assessments for all activities, ensure secure transport, maintain constant supervision, and have clear emergency protocols in place.
Are all staff experienced in handling children?
Absolutely. Our team includes experienced professionals, all with experience in working with children and qualified teachers who are confident, caring, and skilled.
Will food and refreshments be provided?
Yes, all meals and refreshments are included throughout the day to keep children energised and hydrated. We will provide water, healthy local snacks and a boodle lunch too.
How are food allergies or dietary restrictions handled?
We take dietary requirements very seriously. Parents are asked to inform us of any allergies or preferences in advance, and we ensure all meals are prepared and handled accordingly.
Will parents be updated during the trip?
For full-day trips, we will provide regular updates throughout the day via WhatsApp messaging groups so you can stay connected and reassured.
Is there a number to contact for emergency communication?
Yes, parents will be given a dedicated contact number for direct communication at any time during the trip.
Are the activities planned suitable for children?
All activities are carefully selected to be age-appropriate, safe, and enjoyable, with options tailored to different energy levels and interests.
Is this educational or just for fun
It’s both. We combine fun, engaging activities with meaningful learning—encouraging creativity, environmental awareness, and cultural appreciation. These trips also offer a chance for kids to socialize and make new friends through these experiences.
Will photos / videos be taken?
Yes, we capture special moments throughout the trip. All full-quality photos and videos will be shared for an added cost of 500PHP. This includes a custom Little Explorers tote bag for your child to bring home.
